All of our trailer designs allow the rolling chassis to detach from the house bases. This leaves the freestanding house to sit on the land plot while the trailer chassis is used for another task, or being MOT’d or being repaired without disturbing the house.

The advantage of a detachable Tiny House Trailer

 

The majority of caravan trailers and tiny house trailers, are built directly onto the trailers themselves. They are an integral part of each other, they are essentially the same item.

When I set out to design the Tiny Tudor Houses, way back at the start, I recognised how much of an advantage a separate detachable trailer could be in comparison.
