The Shepherds Cabin offers 15 sqm of living space and is laid out like a studio apartment. The Shepherd is 6m long, 2.5m wide and 3m high. The total weight is below 2.5 tons (2500 kg). It is constructed on a steel framed base. The walls and roof are made from galvanized metal stud work and finished with ship lap panels on the outside, PVC windows and decorated plasterboard on the internal walls. The starting price is 299,000 Baht for a fully serviced shell and you can choose from the list of additional items below according to your budget to make a great starter home or holiday home.
